Shipments and returns
Boutiquette aims to dispatch orders with 24 or 48 hours upon receiving the Order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guideline only. Orders received on a Non-working day will be processed on the next working day. Boutiquette is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or any elements that are beyond its reasonable control.
We make every effort to ensure that the goods are delivered to our Customers within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Boutiquette shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Goods within the estimated timescales.
Boutiquette insures the Goods while in transit up to the delivery to the address specified by the buyer. Once the Buyer signs for the Goods all risks and responsibility for the Goods passes to the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for the address to be correct and complete. Boutiquette will not be held liable for unsuccessful delivery attempts as a result of the address provided by the Buyer being incomplete or inaccurate. Boutiquette is not liable for the errors in postal service, or if the customer fails to collect the goods from the postal authorities.
If the Customer wishes to return the goods, you may do so within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Once the item has been checked, we will refund the price of the item, providing it is in a saleable condition. Please allow up to 21 days from the receipt of your return for a refund to be processed. The delivery charge is non-refundable and unless otherwise agreed between us, you must pay for the costs of return of the Goods to us.
