Boutiquette reserves the right to make changes to the T&Cs from time to time, without prior notice to the User. Therefore the User is advised to visit the T&Cs page to review it on a regular basis. If the Customer does not agree with the changes they then must immediately stop using or accessing the Website. Orders that had been placed before the changes will not be affected, unless we were required to make these changes by law, orders placed after will have to comply immediately.
Eligibility and Registration
When registering to use the website the customer will be asked to provide relevant information, i.e. name, age, address, email address and gender. In doing so the User warrants that the information provided is accurate, current and true in all respects. The Customer agrees not to impersonate any other individual or entity, as well as not to use false names or a name that the Customer is not authorised to use.

If the Customer suspects an unauthorised use of their account or any security breach of the information, they must notify Boutiquette immediately. Boutiquette reserves the right to suspend Customer's account or access to the Website, if Boutiquette reasonably believes that such action is necessary for the safety of the Website.

Orders and Purchasing
When the Customer places an order on Boutiquette.co.uk, you are offering to buy the item/items for the price stated.
To purchase goods on the Website the Customer must be a holder or a valid credit/debit card.
All items on the Website are subject to availability and acceptance of the payment by Boutiquette. The goods in your basket are not reserved until you have made a purchase and can be purchased by other customers.
Once the Buyer has made a selection and placed an order they will receive an email acknowledgement of the order and the order number from Boutiquette. This email is not an acceptance of the order.
Once the payment has been accepted, the Buyer will receive an email stating that the order has been accepted and that the goods have been dispatched. This email is the confirmation of the order.
Prices displayed on this Website are in GBP, EUR. The Customer may change the currency, as indicated on the top left hand corner of the Website, that will respectively change the prices to the currency you have selected.
Prices displayed on this Website do not include the cost of delivery to the Customer and import duties and tax. These are calculated on the order summary page, right before a Customer is about to place an order.
Please note that delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import tax laws, which are the responsibility of the Buyer. In that case you will be contacted by the relevant courier by post, via telephone or email once your goods are in customs to let you know the additional cost. Also note that this may delay the delivery of the goods as it is the Buyers sole responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please note that in order to avoid any delay in the delivery of your goods, it is advisable to provide your telephone number in case your local couriers or import authorities would need to get in touch.
The goods are priced at the beginning of each fashion season in accordance with existing currency exchange rates, but may be subject to fluctuation. If the Customers credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP or EUR then the final price of the purchase will be calculated on the day your issuer processes the transaction, and according to the exchange rate at the time.
Boutiquette will ensure that all the pricing on the website is accurate.
Boutiquette.co.uk accepts payments from Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB.
The Buyer confirms that the credit/debit card being used is theirs, or the Buyer has been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. Payment will be cleared and debited from your account at the time of purchase.
Your card issuer may carry out validation checks and authorisation. These checks are carried out before the contract with the Buyer has been concluded. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise it, Boutiquette will cancel the order without being liable towards the Buyer. In that case we will also not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Boutiquette takes reasonable care to ensure that payments are safe and secure. We use Worldpay as our payment gateway, which is fully encrypled and secure. Boutiquette is fully compliant with PCI DSS.
We take great care to ensure that your orders and payment information are kept secure, however Boutiquette can not be held responsible in case of any data loss as a result of third party gaining unauthorised access to the data you provided. Please note that the exchange rates are set by the customer's bank or building society, and not by Boutiquette.
Boutiquette aims to dispatch orders within 24 or 48 hours upon receiving the Order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guideline only. Orders received on a non-working day will be processed the next working day. Boutiquette is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or any elements that are beyond its reasonable control.
Boutiquette expects that the Buyer will receive the goods within the estimated delivery times, which commence from the date of dispatch.
Boutiquette insures the Goods while in transit up to the delivery to the address specified by the buyer. Once the Buyer signs for the Goods all risks and responsibility for the Goods passes to the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for the address to be correct and complete. Boutiquette will not be held liable for unsuccessful delivery attempts as a result of the address provided by the Buyer being incomplete or inaccurate.
Returns and Exchanges
If the Customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they may return the Goods back to us within 14 days and 7 days for the SALE items from the date of dispatch. All items should be returned in a perfect condition (unused, unworn), with all the original tags attached. Boutiquette reserves the right to refuse the refund for the items that are damaged, soiled or do not have original labels attached, those will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused. Once Boutiquette receives the Items we will issue the Customer a refund less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges. The refund is issued on the day the goods are received by Boutiquette. Please allow your bank up to 14 days for the refund to take affect. It is advisable for the Customer to send the retuned items by registered post and keep the proof of postage certificate, to ensure it reaches us in a good condition. All successfully returned goods will only be credited to the account originally used for purchase at the exchange rate prevailing on the day of your purchase. Please note that the postal costs for retuned goods are the Customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
Due to hygene reasons swimwear, earrings and head accessories are non exchangable and non refundable.
Please note that any goods returned outside of the 14 or 7 day return policy will not be refunded and returned back to the Customer. Boutiquette reserves the right to offer a credit note to be used online during the period of 12 months from the date of issue.
If the Customer wishes to exchange, then new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required. Please note that exchanging item for another item in a different size is subject to availability.
Customer's statutory rights are unaffected.
Goods are considered faulty if they are delivered damaged. Normal everyday wear and tear of the item is not considered faulty.
Boutiquette will not issue a replacement or a refund of the items that have been altered or repaired by anyone but Boutiquette.
The Customer may request to exchange a faulty item instead of getting a refund, please note that we will only be able to replace it with the same item in the same size, subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable then the customer is entitled to a refund, less delivery charges and import taxes.
We have made every effort to ensure that the colours of the products displayed on Boutiquette are as accurate as possible. However as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
